I loved reading this book. I really enjoyed it. I like how the writer gave this story humor. It had great comedic scenes. I like that she gave each character some witty replies. I enjoyed the excitement of the book. The mystery was an added plus to the book. The romance between Col and Persie was an steamy affair. I found the book easy to read. I really liked the Gaelic the writer used. I loved that the writer stuck close to the Scottish traditions and their way of living. The romance was a slow build. Perhaps if the romance could start at the beginning of the book. The book is a lovely story I think the readers will enjoy. I reviewed this ARC after receiving a free gifted copy
