When used correctly and ideally, all staff and faculty are able to inform Heads of their whereabouts at the click of a button and simultaneously communicate with all parents effectively the highlights of routine happenings throughout the day (potty times, meals, and whom these are supervised by.) My favorite part is history logging of past messages to keep parents assured all is well or additional notes to be given to assure surveillance and careful overseeing of unusual events, such as mild illnesses, trouble sleeping, or recovery from a new injury for example.
