Yes, the account is password-protected, and important information can be masked on documents (ex. social security numbers). If there are multiple users on the account workspaces can be set up where only certain users can access certain files.

Document Quota TransferHi, I was wondering if we can transfer our unused quota of documents to generate from the current month to the new one? We are planning to subscribe to the Standard Plan but are not yet sure if we will use the 500 documents quota. If we generate 400 documents by the end of the monthly subscription, will we be able to use the remaining 100 next month (next month - 500+100)?

Hi Kristina - thank you for your enquiry. When you subscribe to a paid plan, you are entitled to a number of documents each month. Unused documents do not roll over to the next month. See our help article for more info:
