Auto review does not work on iOS. After months of communication with support the issue is still remain. Support tells that the issue on Apple side, but all other service that connected to Apple works well, including auto replies

I’ve spent over $3K on Appfigures, and they tried to charge me $4K (the cost of renewing the yearly package) a month before my subscription ended, just for $15 in extra usage. Absolutely terrible customer service and zero regard for customer satisfaction.
