THey're okay for basics. The platform as a whole isn't that intuitive, or anywhere near as intuitive as others, such as Nintex (so much easier to use and understand).

if you want to create a small scale application and keep in mind that it a enterprise application so external users can't use it. So, it depends on your requirement...
