You can increase your tiered subscription; each tier allows increased access to features that make your Zoom account more customizable (eg. webinars, increased call time, participant restrictions, etc.).

By features, I assume you mean Zoom apps. To add apps, click, on the apps button in the main zoom window (or click more, then apps if needed). If you're on an enterprise plan, your ability to install various apps may be limited.

Zoom doesn't allow users to directly add features. However, you can get access to new features by updating to the latest version of the application. Additionally, exploring the existing features in Zoom might offer functionalities you weren't aware of before.

I don’t know. I don’t really need them so I didn’t bother to learn . They have technical support and I’m sure they’ll be willing to help you

Log into Zoom in browser and go to settings. There you will see all the features that you can turn on if you don't currently have access when in your meeting room. ie; breakout rooms.

I'm not sure I understand the question. If you keep your Zoom up to date, you should have all the features you need. If your Zoom isn't up to date, you won't have all the features. Usually Zoom sends an email with a chance to upgrade, and I click on it.

I haven't had to do this, so I'm not sure I know how. However, if I did need to add a feature, your help would probably show me how to do it.

Some meeting features, like break out rooms, need to be set up when that meeting is scheduled. Some, like password vs waiting room and polls, can be created or changed after the fact on the for the meeting in question, even if it is a recurring one.

While Zoom already comes with a wide variety of features, sometimes there’s just something you’re missing. To add third-party features, launch the Zoom app. At the top you will see icons (Home, Chat, Meetings, Apps). Click on Apps, then Discover. You can search for what you want to add and then install it. If you use Zoom across different devices, make sure to do this for each device as the apps won’t load across your account.
