Multilogin has been an excellent tool for managing multiple accounts efficiently. The setup was quick, and I was able to start using it right away with no learning curve. Early on, I used more data than expected during my trial period, but that was just a learning curve on my end. Nothing that comes to mind, But very minute thing. I want them to improve their system of exporting the profiles. I see profile id inside each profile which I have to create folder myself to manage. I switched to MultiLogin to handle multiple Amazon/eBay/Walmart seller accounts, and it’s exceeded my expectations. Performance is consistently fast — profiles load quickly and switching between them doesn’t interrupt my workflow. Session isolation is rock-solid, which eliminated the accidental cross-account tracking and login conflicts we used to face. Proxy support is robust and easy to configure, and the UI for creating and cloning browser profiles makes onboarding new accounts painless. The only downside I’ve noticed is with the proxy data usage. The GBs included are quite minimal, especially considering the €3 package it would be great if MultiLogin offered a bit more data in their basic plan. When I signed up, I wanted an virtual browser that protected my identity while I worked, and multilogin delivered. I've never had a downtime, and the only time I had issues with their proxy, their support responded within a minute (literally).

I've worked with a lot of online tools and nothing hypes me more than great service. Imagine a support agent spending 10 minutes walking me through my setup and integration. She was patient and just so kind. I was shocked. At some point, I asked, "you guys do all these for 9 euros a month that I pay?" They are an amazing team with an amazing tool. Multilogin rocks!

LinkedIn is very fickle and always looking for a reason to suspend profile so this helps me log in to our client's accounts without ruining their profile. I use Multilogin everyday. When onboarding a new client we 'tether' them by creating a new profile and logging into all their accounts. I can then share access to my exact teams that need access. It increases the security we give to clients and make it easy to login from client to client on our side. It was a bit rough previously when I have to bring in my own proxy and pre-made cookies. It would take so much longer to tether our clients. Now that it's all integrated in, so much easier! I love that support is always readily available and always super helpful. I love that we don't pay per user but pay per x number of profiles. This means it only costs more money when I get more clients, not when I just have more team members. I'm having a bit of an issue with opening Amazon through the mobile platform because it requires opening from the app. Also, I'm paying a bit more for proxies, which could be reduced. Additionally, I wish there was an option to open a virtual machine that behaves like a real mobile phone to download and run mobile apps like the Amazon app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Multilogin is how stable and intuitive it is. The only downside I’ve noticed is that some of the UI messages don’t always point you directly to the cause of an issue for example, when your proxy traffic is out, it just says “proxy check failed.” It’s a minor thing, but improving that would make troubleshooting even faster. I needed a way to check my clients' ads and organic rankings in different countries. Until now, I always used various proxies or VPNs for this, but it was time-consuming and sometimes not even accurate, as Google would occasionally detect my real location in a way!

With Multilogin, I am able to use real locations and proxies, as well as adjust the timezone and many other metrics, making it appear as if I am a real person in that location. It has been working really well for me. Now, I want to try the API and create an application to handle the monitoring automatically. I hope I can achieve that.
