My company has been a client of Medallia for over 2 years, each year we are reminded of our upcoming renewal and able to make adjustments based on our team size. This year we were auto renewed and given a 10% price increase with out being contacted or advised. When I reached out to solve the issue I was told by Kin Ming Lit that Medallia no longer dedicates resources to accounts of our size and has no obligation to let us know about renewals. We simply wanted to adjust the number of seats we pay for to match the number of agents we have- but apparently they no longer offer contract revisions for accounts of our size. Incredibly disappointed and perturbed that they would treat a client of over 2 years with such a cold shoulder. Really shady- do better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
