I like how customizable the LinkedIn and email workflows are. It’s flexible enough to build multi-step sequences that feel personal, and the interface is pretty intuitive once you get used to it. The biggest frustration is the support experience. When I had billing issues and needed help outside of basic setup, responses were slow and not very helpful. It felt like I was being passed around with no resolution. I’ve heard from a few SDR peers that tools like SalesHero.io and Aimfox offer more responsive and personalized support, which is something I’m starting to value more.
