Nothing at all - this company is wildly unprofessional and seemingly is staffed with half-wits who don't know how to properly manage payments for a company of under 2.5k employees? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They delayed our UK Team's payments for 3 months consecutively, then screwed up our tax returns by listing another company we've never worked for and now I owe £13k to HMRC, after repeatedly telling us everything was "fine" we're now all required to sort this issue out ourselves by having to call the HMRC and remove the incorrect company name and request a new tax number.
They also incorrectly paid out bonuses to employees in incorrect currencies.
I would strongly advise against every evaluating this company to be your payment provider - they're awful and at this point I'm shocked my company isn't pursuing legal action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
