The learning center has been a great resource, especially for onboarding new team members. The batching feature in the supply model has also made order management much easier compared to our old Excel process, and support from the Netstock team has been timely and knowledgeable. I still have to manually adjust order recommendations due to batching constraints and minimum order quantities, as Netstock doesn’t automate this yet. While Netstock's Opportunity Engine is powerful, it's not perfect for our business's unique idiosyncrasies. About half of its recommendations aren't directly actionable due to custom orders or product nuances, so our managers need to use their judgment to filter suggestions. Accurate forecasting has allowed us to project a stock mix that will halve our inventory value while maintaining 95% Fill rate. We have found that the importing of data when we started was helpful, but nowhere near as accurate as the live Data that NS starts to store once its installed. Netstock summarizes all the information you need in one go. It helps you identify where you can improve giving you time to focus on strategy. You cannot download information on data quality I also do like the fact that it does compare what Netstock recommends safety stock as vs what you have in the system. I also think some of the filters can be better. You cannot filter on more than one item when doing forecast.
