"Efficient and User-Friendly – NinjaOne Delivers"
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I particularly appreciate the versatility of NinjaOne which allows me to manage various IT services in one place. From remote support to patch management and software deployment everything is seamlessly integrated. This centralized management saves time and significantly increases my team's efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Occasionally, I find that some advanced features can be slightly overwhelming due to their complexity, which could pose challenges for less experienced users. While I appreciate the depth of functionality, I believe that more comprehensive documentation or video tutorials would be beneficial in empowering users to maximize their use of the platform and navigate its intricacies with greater confidence. "Exactly What the Doctor Ordered"
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

A recent update to NinjaOne has a fresh look to many of the pages including the Dashboard and machine specific overview to get a quick look at what is happening without having to dive into numerous different screens.

The functionality of "Install Application" that uses cloud storage has been an incredible additions for our numerous individuals who work remotely and do not connect to our office regularly or need the VPN client installed on their machine. As the company has grown into numerous different geographical areas, our ability to deploy software is very efficient resulting in little downtime for new users and/or new applications.

Patching of Windows and third party applications has been incredible for us with dozens of offices around the country.

The Dojo's peer support is a great resource and Ninja's support has been very responsive.

The integration for Bitdefender GravityZone gives us an excellent indication of the protection of a workstation from an EDR standpoint.

Ninja has frequent updates but they are very non-disruptive to the business, even the company we support that is in healthcare and operates 24/7/365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The documentation feature needs to mature to be on the same level as some products that specialize in this area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NinjaOne – Trusted Partner In IT Management"
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I’ve been using NinjaOne for about five years now, and it continues to be one of the most reliable and user-friendly IT management tools I’ve ever worked with. The platform is intuitive, easy to deploy, and incredibly stable, we’ve experienced virtually no downtime throughout our use.

One of NinjaOne’s greatest strengths is how seamless it is to deploy and manage across environments. The integration between their various tools including backup and enterprise-level endpoint protection is smooth and efficient, allowing us to centralize our management and support processes with ease.

NinjaOne also stands out for its training resources and community engagement. Their extensive library of learning materials and monthly open office hours provide direct access to professional engineers who are always willing to help. If they don’t have an immediate answer, they follow up promptly and even product improvement suggestions are taken seriously and often acted upon.

We run the tool 24x7x365, and it has become a cornerstone of our operations. The customer support team is exceptional, fast, knowledgeable, and always ready to connect you with the right person to resolve any issue.

Overall, I would highly recommend NinjaOne to organizations of any size looking to centralize IT management, monitoring, and support. It’s a reliable, easy-to-use, and well-supported solution that continues to deliver excellent value year after year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

"NinjaOne’s Automation and Remote Access Are Game-Changers"
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

The automation capabilities have saved us countless hours. From patching and software installs to reboot scheduling and alerting, NinjaOne makes it easy to set up workflows that just work. The dashboard is clean and powerful, giving us real-time visibility into device health, compliance, and performance. What I appreciate most is the remote access and troubleshooting. I’ve used it to resolve display issues and run installs without needing to physically touch the device. It’s also great for managing devices that haven’t connected in months, helping us clean up and stay secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

While NinjaOne handles Windows updates well, its automation for third-party software deployments is still limited, but it is getting better day by day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup with Strong Capabilities for automated patching, reporting, and management"
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

With some time in the platform, NinjaOne is very powerful for an RMM. When I started using the platform/tools, I was able to start working and configuring the system and endpoints fairly quickly and easily. As I began to use the platforms increasing integrations and capabilities, in many cases able to figure things out by clicking through the options. But even when you're stuck, the documentation is top-notch -- and linked directly from the page you're on! For even more difficult or custom problems, the ease of setting up a one-on-one call with the NinjaOne engineers is amazing. I have used all of their resources on many capabilities to ensure we are offering our customers with the best service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The expectation of full control with macOS endpoints is pretty limited without the MDM being configured. NineOne does provide many scripts built into the platform that help with a lot of the management of patching of third-party software (limited catalog compared to Windows endpoints). As long as the end-user or system administrator (depending on organization's setup) must approve various system requirements as expected with all macOS systems requiring the deep system control required.

The good new is that NinjaOne has the ability to connect an ABM account to NinjaOne to configure NinjaOne as both an RMM and MDM -- significantly increasing its ability to manage macOS endpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive IT Solution with Stellar Support, Minor Setup Hurdles"
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

One of the best all in one locations to allow for almost all IT related support aspects. Knowlege base, ticketing system, backups, antivirus integration/reporting, remote connection tools, integration with many 3rd party solutions as well as SSO, SCIM integration for easier login/user creation.

Not to mention ongoing customer support via discord, email and 30/60 scheduled appointments with support engineers included.

One of the best all around tools an IT department can have/utilize that won't break the bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The system can be a little daunting at first to implement depending on features purchased however worth the investment. The worst complaint I have really is a double edge sword. It is frusrtating to have setup an option/feature or created a process to have them occasionally break with updates. This however is par for the course with any software system these days but does add a bit of frustration. Luckily support at NinjaOne are always on the case rather quickly and can either provide fix/workaround or submit bug/feature request for issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless IT Management with NinjaOne, Minor Notification Glitches"
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I love that NinjaOne is so so easy to use. It's the single pane of glass that I've wanted in IT for the longest time. I can back up my systems, remote into PC's that have issues, I can set up Windows and other Software patches/updates. I used NinjaOne at my previous place of employment and loved it so much it was the first thing I talked my boss into getting when I moved to another company. It was very easy to roll out NinjaOne onto our computers & servers. They also make it easy to integrate other software such as XDR software. The times I've had to contact customer support has been great too. They are quick to respond and have fixed every issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

The only issue that I've had so far, is occasionally I will get notified of a Server going down, but it hasn't. Not sure why it does this, but it's more of a nescience than anything at this point.

I would also like for y'all to get CJIS Certified so I can use this product on the Police Department side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ninja makes my life easier as an IT Professional"
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

Ninja allows me (on 2 accounts) to monitor/control/diagnose and maintain our workstations and servers and the workstations and servers of our clients! I've been in IT for several decades and as an individual, I am 1000% more effective than I could be without this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

As a professional, we've got clients that have their own Ninja system in place, as well as our own. It would be VERY nice if I could manage all of my NInja resources with a single email address. Having to maintain/create more email addresses for multiple clients is a bit of an inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, Reliable, and Streamlined IT Management with NinjaOne"
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

I really like how efficient and reliable NinjaOne is for remote monitoring and management. The platform gives a clear view of all endpoints, and it’s easy to automate tasks like patching, software deployment, and script execution.

The performance monitoring tools are solid — I can quickly identify issues like high CPU or low disk space before they cause problems. Remote access is fast and stable, which makes troubleshooting much easier.

I also appreciate the built-in reporting and alerting system; it’s detailed but not overly complicated. Overall, NinjaOne helps streamline IT management and keeps systems running smoothly with minimal manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

Sometimes it lags or shows an error when connecting to an endpoint, but those issues are very rare and usually get fixed quickly. Overall, it’s a reliable and efficient platform that really helps simplify IT management Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Implementation, Stellar Support, and Powerful Scripting with Ninja"
What do you like best about NinjaOne?

We chose Ninja because we were looking for a system we could use daily. Essentially, we transitioned our work from in-person management at each endpoint to virtual assistance. The system is thoughtfully designed, which makes managing everything much easier—especially when dealing with numerous endpoints.

The scripting functionality is excellent, offering both built-in scripts and the flexibility to write your own in your preferred language.

The device view is clear and highly readable. We encountered no issues integrating it with our existing systems through the API.

Since we switched from another system, the implementation process was crucial for us, and setting up Ninja turned out to be very straightforward.

But the highlight is definitely the customer service. Tickets are resolved the same day, and even better, you have access to a Discord server where you can get help within minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about NinjaOne?

We have been using the system for a year now, and so far, there is nothing to complain about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
