What I appreciate most about NoFraud is how seamlessly it handles fraud prevention. The system reliably identifies suspicious transactions without mistakenly blocking legitimate orders, which had previously been a significant challenge for us. What do you dislike about NoFraud?

There’s not much to complain about, but if I had to point out something, it would be that the review dashboard tends to load a little slowly during peak hours. We’ve protected hundreds of thousands of dollars with NoFraud, effectively mitigating calculated and persistent fraud attempts. NoFraud's real-time AI decision engine analyzes thousands of data points per transaction—like device fingerprints, IP geolocation, and behavioral patterns—to instantly determine whether to approve or decline an order. Over 99.5% of decisions are made instantly, minimizing delays and reducing false declines. Transactions with both trustworthy and suspicious indicators are escalated to NoFraud's human analysts. This ensures nuanced decisions, allowing legitimate orders that might otherwise be flagged to proceed—protecting revenue while maintaining security. By combining machine learning with analyst insights, NoFraud continuously adapts to recognize emerging fraud patterns. This keeps the system ahead of evolving threats and maintains high detection accuracy. With the new freight-forwarding flag, protections have increased further: NoFraud uses a proprietary database of known freight-forwarding companies and warehouses tied to fraud. A dedicated human review service during high-risk periods—like major promotions or product launches—would be a valuable addition to NoFraud’s offerings. While their current system includes excellent real-time AI and on-demand human review, there’s no option for proactively assigning analysts to monitor transactions during known spikes in fraud risk. Having this as an add-on service could provide an extra layer of protection when it's needed most, ensuring legitimate high-volume orders are approved quickly while still catching sophisticated fraud attempts. What do you like best about NoFraud?

I appreciate NoFraud for its accurate fraud detection and its strong reputation in this domain, which was a key factor in choosing it for our eCommerce system. From the start, NoFraud has matched our company’s needs perfectly, making it the ideal solution without having to switch from another vendor. Setting up NoFraud was a breeze, thanks to a straightforward integration process and excellent guidance from the support team at every step. I find the real-time fraud scoring and automation features incredibly useful, enhancing our ability to swiftly identify and respond to suspicious transactions, thus saving time and protecting our revenue. "The best part is the Chargeback Guarantee and the elimination of manual review. We no longer worry about fraudulent chargebacks because NoFraud takes on the liability. Their system is incredibly fast and accurate, stopping fraud while still approving more legitimate orders that other systems would have falsely declined. What do you dislike about NoFraud?

"The main thing to note is the necessary step of Cardholder Verification for very high-risk orders. While we understand it ensures protection, the verification process (a quick email or text to the shopper) can sometimes add a minor, temporary speed bump to the customer's overall experience. What do you like best about NoFraud?

If you work closely with your rep there or their support team that can assist you in getting your approval rates up. We worked with them to increase our valid approval rates up from 97% to 99.2%. What do you dislike about NoFraud?

The cost. There are more budget friendly solutions out there. Signifyd is one. As long as you are a certain size company, there are substantial savings that can be had with other fraud solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
