What do you like best about OneUp Sales?

I really like the ease of the user interface, it's so easy to use and intuitive which it makes it easy to engage with the platform. I also like the ease of the reporting tools, I use this over our CRM and the gamification side of the platform has been great to use in our office for sales days and just mini daily challenges! We literally use it every day and it is constantly on our screens in the office. It was really easy to integrate into our daily practices and the team got onboard with it really quickly. What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?

I don't think there's anything I really dislike about it to be honest! Sometimes there can be a slight disconnect with some of the more complex metrics (e.g. revenue) but the team are always on-hand to support any questions or queries! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find OneUp incredibly intuitive for monitoring my activity, performance, and sales.

What do you like best about OneUp Sales?

OneUp has been a game-changer for us in terms of tracking our sales KPIs, targets and ratios. Everything is so easy to access, we have loads of flexibility with dashboards and reporting, and we can create our own ratios to track important conversion metrics. The ability to project on to TVs has also made a huge difference for our business, and to have a song go off with every deal keeps the sales floor upbeat and allows us all to celebrate each others' successes.

We've also had great customer support during the onboarding and throughout our time as a client. Tech support are quick to respond when there are issues and customer success know the product inside out so are able to make helpful recommendations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneUp Sales?

OneUp has a number of key benefits for my business. Firstly, we can track from Hubspot metrics across meetings made and attended. Also revenue leagues and missions are live and now set up show in realtime where we are at.

The TVs are the best element of OneUp for me, the sales team can see the league tables and we can use it as a way to communicate information to the sales team about incentives, changes to our products and services or key achievements we've had.

It also drives CRM hygiene, if activity isn't tracked then it shows on the leagues and TV screens, so this has driven CRM best practice.

What do you dislike about OneUp Sales?

I am part of the operations team, so the ease of being able to drill down the data is fantastic. We are making more and more decisions based on what the data shows us. What do you like best about OneUp Sales?

The interface is incredibly simple and easy to use, making my role in rolling out new processes within the team incredibly easy. It updates its report faster than our actual CRM and the personalisation of dashboards and automated reporting is chef's kiss. But the best feature has to be the OneUp team of customer success managers and support team - never had better resposne times and communication on any platform.
