The people that worked for Orange Logic when I was helping to build out the DAM system were great. The implementation team was very responsive and the checkins were productive. The tool is also user friendly and very customizable. Loved it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best DAM for customization"

The metadata fields are customizable which results in improved workflow and enables us to maintain a well structured and easily navigable asset library. Due to the ability to customize Orange DAM, it can be difficult and time consuming to set up all of the features that will benefit your company. "Navigation struggles"

The abilbity to store all of our assets in one space and apply filters and tags easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orange Logic: Orange DAM?

Navigation is a bit cumbersome, having to open folders in a drop down side panel instead of scrolling through columns. It can be difficult to locate the exact asset you are trying to find. Customer support is also not great with response time, and some customizations that were originally sold to us as easy and simple, seem near impossible to achieve. Complicated for non-computer savvy person like me.Confusing filters. Slow upload and processing. Facial Recognition is clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Orange Logic: Orange DAM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were promised easy photo management for our Photo Archive, digital and physical (we have lots of analog images, prints, negatives, etc....) It is diffcult to find what I am looking for which may be because metadata is not completed yet, so the system doesn't know what I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
