Nothing. So hard to submit support ticket. They itentionally don't want you to create a ticket but find out anwswers for yourself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Almost no response. Since the 1 day the ticket got opened, I only got about 1 email for every 2 weeks. Now it has been 2 months, they still won't be able to find proper person to help me resolve the issue. I can not imaging Atlassian can provide good support for other company when their own product support service is so pool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
