What do you like best about Avetta?

As a contractor, Avetta makes the compliance process pretty straightforward. Uploading safety records, insurance, and other documents is simple, and once it’s in the system, clients can see everything they need. What do you dislike about Avetta?

As a contractor, Avetta can be a bit pricey and the setup takes time since you have to upload a lot of documents. Some of the requirements don’t always fit the work we do, and the system isn’t the easiest to navigate. Keeping everything updated feels like extra admin work on top of the job. Avetta has a lot going for it, but what really stands out is its mission-driven approach to supply chain safety and sustainability. What do you dislike about Avetta?

Avetta has its strengths, but like any platform, it’s not without its pain points—especially from the perspective of users and suppliers. Here are some of the most commonly voiced frustrations: High Costs & Fees, Billing & Cancellation Issues, Complexity & Review Delays, and Customer Support Concerns.

What do you like best about Avetta?

I like that Avetta checks insurance documents and will not allow contractors/vendors/consultants on the mine site without adequate insurance coverages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avetta?

Avetta is cumbersome in the event of unplanned work, it is very difficult and can be time consuming to get contractors on site when their insurance document has expired. There would be a great benefit in having Avetta tied into our indoctrination requirements, or having a separate (but connected) portal where we could more easily automate the indoctrination requirements. Also, when submitting newly updated insurance documents it would be beneficial to have a more expedient process to review & confirm the documents are adequate (it can take >2-3 days to verify insurance documents, which can have an impact on emergency work). What do you like best about Avetta?

I love the support provided to both contractors and clients by the Avetta support teams. From implementation, integration, and continued improvement, all teams have been helpful and strive to answer all your questions the first time!

Avetta is also constantly evolving with new features, and stays in line with (if not ahead of) industry trends and requirements.

What do you like best about Avetta?

Helpful customer service, options to expand cliental. Ease of use as well as a simple dashboard to view at anytime. The option to have "Avetify" which is a compliance support feature they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Avetta?

The biggest downside I experienced while I have used Avetta was the Avetify option was enabled on our account and I, 1: never knew it was on our account until I noticed it on the renewal, and 2: was never reached out to except for when I attempted to cancel it. What do you like best about Avetta?

What do you like best about Avetta?

Avetta has made tracking jobs easier on us. We have multiple clients that use Avetta and the software has helped us track what is needed. When I have needed further help, Avetta support has been easy to communicate with. We use Avetta monthly when we have new jobs come up. What do you like best about Avetta?

Avetta makes it very easy to manage vendor compliance and safety documentation. The dashboard is clean and simple to navigate, and notifications help us stay updated with contract and certification statuses. Their customer support is also very responsive when needed. What do you like best about Avetta?

Avetta has been most helpful in ensuring that we minimize our risk on jobsites. It's a place for our potential clients to see to it that we have safety policies in place along with insurance, etc. before bidding a potential bond. Granting them with the security of not having to deal with those sorts of safety risk. There could be more to gain from Avetta with it being a recognized platform for safety compliance, if there are I most definitely am not aware with some of the other services they provide. What do you dislike about Avetta?

We started our Avetta account to show future clients, like Amazon that we have the capabilities of taking on the larger projects with reduced risk. However, from starting our account in July of 2024 we haven't landed a job from using Avetta. I believe we've had one, maybe two potential clients reach out to us via Avetta.

Updated Review: We recently had a company we've worked for, "Connect," with us on Avetta. While Avetta did notify us that this would increase our bill & gave us a date (Imagine going from a $0 bill to a $1,200 charge), I was under the impression that I could call & pay. In the meantime, I reached out to the company that "connected" with us to find out more information. We were charged by Avetta. I called Avetta to be refunded, and it took them almost 5 weeks to process our refund, whereas it took them a week to auto-charge us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
