"Centralized Security Insights for AWS"
What do you like best about AWS Security Hub?

As someone who manages multi-account AWS environments and data pipelines, I appreciate how Security Hub centralizes security and compliance findings across services like GuardDuty, Inspector, and Macie. The automated compliance checks for CIS and PCI DSS are especially useful for ensuring data governance without manual overhead. Security Hub’s integration with EventBridge also makes it easy to trigger automated responses, which aligns well with my experience building end-to-end data and ML workflows on AWS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Security Hub?

While the centralized view is powerful, handling a large volume of findings can be overwhelming without careful filtering or automation. Multi-region and cross-account configuration requires additional setup, which can slow initial adoption. Also, native integration with third-party SIEM tools could be more seamless, as currently, I rely on custom pipelines and Lambda functions to forward alerts for advanced analytics. "Comprehensive Cloud Security and Compliance Made Easy with AWS"
What do you like best about AWS Security Hub?

What I like best about AWS Cloud Security is its granular control and deep integration across AWS services, especially through tools like IAM (Identity and Access Management), AWS Organizations, and AWS Config. These allow precise permission management, automated compliance checks, and centralized governance. Services like AWS GuardDuty, Security Hub, and CloudTrail make threat detection, auditing, and incident response highly efficient. The scalability and flexibility to tailor security policies to any size or type of workload is also a major advantage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Security Hub?

What I dislike about AWS Cloud Security is that the learning curve can be steep, especially for newcomers or small teams without dedicated cloud security expertise. The wide range of services and complex configuration options can be overwhelming, and misconfigurations can lead to security gaps if not carefully managed. Additionally, while documentation is extensive, it can sometimes be too dense or fragmented, making it difficult to quickly find practical, real-world implementation guidance. "A best all in one view of all my security logs to identify and corelate events."
What do you like best about AWS Security Hub?

Eventhough other security services in aws helps me in aggregate logs from events, and Macie for compliace buf fortunalety to be proactive instead of being reactive always security hub seems pretty friedly choice. Implementation and integration are easy and well documented. No worries about the support as AWS itself community friendly . For me its a daily routine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Secure in the Cloud, But Navigation Can Be Cloudy"
What do you like best about AWS Security Hub?

Comprehensive security suite: AWS offers a vast array of security tools and services, covering everything from access management to data encryption and threat detection. This one-stop shop simplifies security implementation and reduces the need for third-party solutions.

Granular control: AWS allows you to fine-tune security settings based on your specific needs and risk tolerance. This level of customization empowers organizations to build a security posture that aligns with their unique environment.

Compliance-focused: AWS provides built-in features and pre-configured compliance frameworks that help organizations meet industry regulations and internal policies. This can significantly streamline compliance audits and reporting processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about AWS Security Hub?

Complexity: The sheer breadth of AWS security offerings can be overwhelming for new users. Navigating the different services and understanding their interactions can be a steep learning curve, even for experienced IT professionals.

Pricing: While AWS offers a free tier for some services, many essential security features come at a cost. The pricing structure can be complex, making it difficult to accurately estimate and budget for security expenses.

Limited visibility: While AWS provides tools for monitoring and analyzing security events, the default dashboards can lack depth and customization options. For organizations with complex security needs, building comprehensive security reports may require additional tools or expertise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
