We mostly use Adyen daily to receive payments and handle refunds as its our primary payment provider. You can monitor refund progress, track payments, and even help customers with ARN numbers. I like that I don’t need to switch between tools. I also like how it supports fraud checks during payments. Overall, it just makes the whole payment side of things easier—for us and for the customer. Sometimes the dashboard can feel a bit overwhelming, especially since we have different merchant portals for different markets when you are new. Once you figure the navigation part its super easy to track all payments Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
