We mostly use Adyen daily to receive payments and handle refunds as its our primary payment provider. You can monitor refund progress, track payments, and even help customers with ARN numbers. I like that I don’t need to switch between tools. I also like how it supports fraud checks during payments. Overall, it just makes the whole payment side of things easier—for us and for the customer. As a customer support agent, I use Adyen almost every day. One of my tasks is to check the refund and payment status of customers. I did not use the entire function as my role is set to be limited. I find that even in a limited access role, I still can find most of the information needed to assist with customers' inquiries. I like the simplicity of the interface which is easy to use and navigate. I also like the search results display if I am looking for certain transactions especially when a user reported fraudulent payment occurred from their card but they don't have much information. I can just search the payment using the last four-digit number of the card, their name, and the amount of transaction as well as use their User ID in our database.
