In my role as Board Secretary I have been using Aprio on a daily basis for six years for four different Boards and many committees. There are many aspects of the software I appreciate but, in particular, the ability to create a Board package from beginning to end in a few minutes is the greatest gift to my very busy and time-sensitive schedule. I love the agenda generator and the ability to create skeleton minutes in a fraction of the time it would otherwise take. The highest compliment I have, however, is for the Aprio support team who are quick and responsive whenever there is an issue or suggestions for improvements. I would like to see more editing flexibility for minutes once they've been created, certain formatting issues can be frustrating. I would also appreciate simplyfing the printing process for documents in the library (adding a Print option rather than having to download as PDF first) would be great. We implemented the Aprio Board platform for our directors a year ago. The on-boarding process is simple and flexible – geared specifically to busy executives, wherever they are located in the world. Aprio board management software has been an awesome platform for streamlining board meetings and promoting collaboration. It comes with a user-friendly interface that makes navigating the portal so easy, allowing those of us with minimal tech experience to get on board quickly and that is exactly what I needed. There are many things that are great about Aprio - Ease of Use, Ease of Implementation, Fabulous Customer Support. Aprio has made the Board more efficient and the workload less time consuming. Administration has been streamlined. I do not know what I would do without it. Aprio has been helpful in the storage of board governance documents that are easily accessible by all directors and C-suite management. It's easy to access and follow and keeps our board meetings running smoothly. I like how it converts all documents into PDF now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many components of the program that we choose not to use because our Board prefers emails, signatures, and comments outside of the program. We also follow a different template for minutes than what is offered so we don't access that tool. It would be much more effective if our group used the program in its entirety but that's an 'us' problem. It is a very easy to use site with great features. The integration process ran smoothly and was surprised how little effort our team had to put in.

After their recent upgrade, the ease of use for Administrators was simplified. Some processes were a little difficult to complete without the use of instructions, but has since been fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use of Aprio is unparalled. I have used a couple of other magagement software applications in the past, and Aprio stands out as the most user friendly. We have been a customer for about 5 years now, and the elimination of paper materials has been life changing. We feel confident knowing that our materials are secure, yet easily accessible to our directors. Since the implementation, we have had very minor issues, however those have been quickly resolved by the customer support team, or with a quick update. The support team is friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to tackle any issues that come up at any hour of the day. The training offered to the directors is a nice added bonus.
