What do you like best about ArkCase?

ArkCase has lots of features and functionality out-of-the-box covering all of the tools needed for processing FOIA requests. The framework and layout are straight forward, descriptive, and easy to use. The implementation of the product was seamless. The simplicity of the user interface and the organization of tools replicating the process steps and workflow made training and user adoption easier. The application is very customizable, and the development team is very helpful in understanding and responding to new development needs. Moreover, the customer support team is extremely responsive and able to resolve incidents quickly and thoroughly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ArkCase?

Nothing that really stands out. There are several items on the roadmap, but one area of improvement would be with the OCR rendering process and versioning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ArkCase?

The capability to quickly and easily assign and unassign users to and from various groups. There is less navigating from one screen to another to perform your. When the user pause their work on a case, it is not difficult for the user to determine where to restart their work. The customer service is outstanding; they are very responsive when their are issues and questions. The support team has always kept us informed on the status of any ticket we had submitted. I never had to contact them to find out the status as I have and continue t do with another vendor's support team. The system is used heavily Monday thru Friday, and sometimes on the weekend too but we have and continue to have solid performance with ArkCase. The downtime has been minimal that the backlog of cases is no where near the number we had with the previous system, and these backlogs are not associated with the system being down. What do you dislike about ArkCase?

The biggest dislike are the number of notifications users receive especially when a user assign the case to the main group instead of the subgroup. This is especially an issue when a user review their dashboard and see data that are associated with their specific office reflected in their dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ArkCase?

ArkCase is great if efficiency, ease-of-use, and solid support are important to you. It delivers on all fronts. The out-of-the-box solution can be easily configured to meet your complex business requirements and has a very user-friendly UI. The great thing is that if you can be up and running quickly and even if you have more complex flows, it is very easy to customize. The fact that it ships with a large number of reports saves so much time so that you can use it immediately for analytics. If you want more, it has an extremely comprehensive reporting and analytics module that you can leverage to create complex custom reports. The sophisticated match request process is a huge time saver! It enables you to easily find duplicates before submitting the FOIA case so that you can reduce the number of requests that need to be processed/adjudicated. The AI/ML components also really help extend the automation capabilities for a number of tasks. ArkCase for FOIA is a solid solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
