What do you like best about Book4Time?

The efficiency that it provides, and the thorough reports Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Book4Time?

The only issues that I face is when adding customers to same servcie reservations, I am not able to find a way to remove the additional guests from that reservation. And in booking activities, when customers are booked under one name, if we cancel the main name, all the customers booked under that name also get canceled. Other than this, it's a great system! It is very strong for a scheduler and manages appointments/activities. The implementation was easy and their Team very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Book4time is very easy to work with and has a great support team. The system's user-friendly interface makes scheduling appointments a breeze, and whenever I've needed assistance, their support team has been prompt and helpful. What do you like best about Book4Time?

Customer service is excellent. For me as an IT guy, support is essencial. The implementation is crucial, your account manager works with you everyday, is attentive in all your needs, and solve any doubt that you have before, during and after the implementation.

The system is easy to use, is interactive and have a complete system reports where you can get all the information that you need.

Make appointments, review your schedule, user-friendly.

With Book4Time we found a perfect match for integrations, it integrated with all of our PMS perfectly, we work with SIHOT and Opera Cloud, so it did a perfect match. Users are happy because it was really easy to use and they find very interesting features that make they daily work easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Book4Time?

Porbably it is not a general issue, we needed to integrate two different PMS solutions, that took some time as the same team that was working for one version, also worked fort the second. What do you dislike about Book4Time?

While Book4Time is an excellent spa booking software, one minor aspect that might be considered a drawback is the learning curve for some of the more advanced features. For users who are not as tech-savvy, it might take a bit of time to fully grasp and leverage the software's extensive range of functionalities. The onling booking systems has really helped capitalize on our spa bookings. Guest no longer have to wait on the phone to be assisted and can book online! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is simple and easy to learn the system for navigation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Book4Time?

The guest intake forms do not allocate for when a guest is receiving multiple services (i.e. facial and massage) therefore not sending the proper forms to the guests or requiring the scheduler to create two separate reservations to send both forms to the guest.
