"Happy with the features and support"
What do you like best about BoldSign?

I researched and tested ~ 25 eSign solutions before deciding to go with BoldSign. We are still in the early adoption phases, but so far, I’m very pleased with how it’s going. The support during the testing process and after signing up has been great. I have asked some very detailed questions and received just as detailed answers with solutions in return.

Some of the features I was looking for that BoldSign offers:

-Ability to name Template roles, easily prefill forms and change field properties before sending

-Ability to clone Templates and clone signed forms if changes need to be made so you don’t have to start from scratch (forms have to be re-signed with the changes, but that is to be expected)

-Ability to remove signer roles from templates so you don’t have to create multiple templates for the same form for a different number of signers

-Form field recognition and being able to easily align fields makes it easier to create forms/templates that have a lot of fields Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

-Not able to organize templates into folders

-Needs more intricate team mgmt options Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boldsign has potential"
What do you like best about BoldSign?

The interface is modern, intuitive, and straightforward for both senders and signers.

Mobile-Friendly: Works well on mobile browsers, no app required.

Cost Effective: Especially compared to big players like DocuSign or Adobe Sign.

Free Tier: Offers a usable free plan with core features, which is nice for small businesses or startups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Templates are functional, but some users report the UI for managing multiple templates could be improved like when are trying add an page existing page to a template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient, User-Friendly and Reliable: Our Experience with BoldSign"
What do you like best about BoldSign?

We recently used BoldSign for the first time to distribute and collect signatures on a government-mandated document (the Statement of Aged Care Rights) from over 2,500 clients. Given the age and demographic of our client base, which includes a high proportion of seniors, we were initially cautious about using e-signature technology. However, BoldSign proved to be simple, effective, and user-friendly for both our team and our clients.

The platform allowed us to meet government legislation requirements efficiently and continue providing services without interruption. Clients were able to review and sign documents quickly and easily, and the overall response rate was better than expected.

From an administrative perspective, the bulk send feature made the process manageable, and tracking was straightforward. We would certainly use BoldSign again for future signature collection needs.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

Suggested Improvements:

A search-by-name function within the bulk send tracking would make it easier to locate individual client responses.

The ability to filter or sort bulk send items would improve workflow, especially when managing large volumes.

It would be helpful if emails could be sent from a generic organisation name, rather than the name of the individual user account.

Despite these minor suggestions, BoldSign delivered a cost-effective and reliable solution. We would not hesitate to recommend it or use it again in future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Competitors In Such A Saturated Market"
What do you like best about BoldSign?

BoldSign is incredibly easy to use. The interface is clean and intuitive, so it doesn’t take long to get started. It's simple to upload documents, add fields, and send them for signature.

We needed an affordable e-signature solution that didn’t compromise on features. BoldSign offers everything we need at a much better price than other tools we looked at. It’s saving us money and making our document workflows faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The biggest thing myself and other colleagues struggle with is the lack of ability to send multiple signatures at once to someone with the same e-mail. This is usually needed in the case of family packages or with seniors as they tend to share an e-mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Versatile E-Signature Solution with Room to Refine"
What do you like best about BoldSign?

Syncfusion's BoldSign excels across the board by offering an exceptionally user-friendly and intuitive platform that simplifies the entire e-signature process for both senders and recipients. Implementation is quick and versatile, supported by a powerful, developer-friendly API for custom solutions and seamless no-code integrations with tools like Zapier and major cloud storage providers. The platform is backed by standout customer support that is consistently praised for being responsive, knowledgeable, and effective. Furthermore, BoldSign is highly adaptable to various business needs, offering a generous free plan for light users and scalable, reliable paid plans for high-frequency use. It boasts a comprehensive and robust feature set, including templates, bulk sending, custom branding, and strong security and compliance protocols, making it a powerful and flexible tool for a wide range of businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

While BoldSign is largely intuitive, users may face a minor learning curve when mastering its most advanced features and customizations, where the UI could also be more streamlined. The platform's primary drawbacks are contextual: its cost can become a consideration for enterprises with extremely high document volumes, and it may lack certain highly specific, niche features found in more specialized or expensive competitors. Additionally, while its integration capabilities are strong, the list of direct, native integrations with niche software is less extensive than some market leaders, and leveraging the full power of its API for custom solutions requires technical expertise, which could be a barrier for non-developers or a very limited development team. "Competition is what drives industry, this is why we picked you!"
What do you like best about BoldSign?

All of the features that most businesses need provided in a more professional format and for a way more reasonable cost and catering their services for businesses of all kinds! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

My only complaint, is that we cannot send a file package for signing to multiple people when they are using the same e-mail in one package. Rather it sends sequential e-mails after the first signee has finished. For elderly clients for example who only have one e-mail, it would be nicer to have it done in one e-mail where they can sign together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BoldSign has been a game-changer for our mental health agency."
What do you like best about BoldSign?

Our nonprofit mental health agency has had an excellent experience using BoldSign. As an organization, security and compliance are very important to us, and BoldSign provides a reliable and user-friendly platform for managing digital signatures with confidence.

The system is easy to use for both our staff and the individuals we serve, which has helped streamline our paperwork process significantly. Features like document tracking, templates, and audit trails ensure that we can maintain accurate records while saving valuable time.

We also appreciate the affordability, which makes it accessible for nonprofits like ours to operate efficiently without compromising on quality or security.

Overall, BoldSign has made a real difference in how we handle our documentation, allowing us to focus more on supporting our clients and less on paperwork. We highly recommend BoldSign to other organizations looking for a dependable e-signature solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

So far, our experience has been entirely positive with no issues to report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"After reviewing a number of alternatives to DocuSign, I decided on BoldSign for he following reasons"
What do you like best about BoldSign?

1) Fixed pricing - unlimited envelopes.

2) Easy for my tenants to select there signature style on documents (my tenants are not tech savvy).

3) Flexible on how the email appeared to the tenant. I needed the email to only show the property management company and not my name.

4) Customizable form that I use for company meeting minutes.

All in all, BoldSign is a wonderful product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

I haven't found anything yet, the only issue I run into is using the voice recording from my phone. Some time it kicks it out for some reason. But it's not a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, easy to use and fair pricing"
What do you like best about BoldSign?

Boldsign is really easy use. The front-end matches the features of most other e-signature platforms like DocuSign, but the back-end API is particularly easy to start using and implement in a production setting. The simplicity of the platform makes it much easier to get going, and also helps with navigating the documentation. In the few cases we ran into issues we were able to get some sort of resolution from customer support quite quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

As with any platform, the API documentation could use some work. There are some inconsistencies, and while they provide examples for all endpoints they do not show the schema for each object. When you combine inconsistent letter-casing, and switching between using upload multi-part form and JSON it can take a bit of trial and error to get where you want to go. Ultimately though, because the team has not over-complicated the feature-set there are less items that you need to review. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward API documentation, responsive support, and easy integration"
What do you like best about BoldSign?

Straight forward documentation on API calls and setting up in our systemBoldSign made it easy for us to get up and running quickly. The API documentation is clearly written and well-structured, which helped us confidently set up our signing workflows without needing extensive back-and-forth with support. Their developer sandbox closely mirrors the production environment, which made testing predictable. I also appreciated their responsive support team. Questions were answered in a timely and helpful manner. It’s been easy to embed BoldSign into our internal tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BoldSign?

The main limitation we’ve run into is the API rate cap in the sandbox environment. It is currently restricted to 50 API calls per hour. While understandable for resource control, it slows things down when iterating rapidly during testing or when syncing multiple signature workflows. A temporary rate bump for sandbox access would be helpful during initial implementation phases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
