Brandwatch is an incredibly helpful tool when it comes to finding content online and being able to analyze it. It is fairly user friendly and straight forward, but there is always a support team member at the ready when you need help, and that has been my favorite part Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?

Often times, there are comments or content that is missed. I have found even when we have a linked account, some of the mentions will slip through and not display on Brandwatch. What do you dislike about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?

The main challenges are related to coverage, some smaller pages or niche sources are not always captured automatically. The good part is that support is responsive, and they can usually add them upon request. Another area for improvement is filtering: it would be great to have more advanced ways to reduce noise in query results. What do you like best about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?

Boolean queries are available, covering overall channels, languages, and countries. However, geo-location is not accurate due to platform restrictions on releasing user's location. Since it is our global tool for social listening among brands and that feeds our internal app with content, I use it on a weekly, almost daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brandwatch Consumer Intelligence?

Unable to open multiple windows in the same access, resulting in a lot of back and forward navigation when performing repetitive tasks. Missing to collect open UGC TikTok data, but I believe that it could also be a platform problem, since I don't know if TT is releasing all their content through API. Additionally, sentiment analysis is poor, as it contains too much neutral content, which seems to be based on English translations rather than being custom-built for NLP according to the respective language. A better way to filter content based on location, for example, brand content from the USA is always collected on CAN queries. The same for Latin America, a lot of repetitive content that belongs to another country. Filter location on query and also on boolean queries, not working so good so far. Categories segmentation and alerts layout could also be better, either easy to build or bring more information to be in the alert content. I have been using Brandwatch for 2 years, primarily for product monitoring and checking negative issues. Brandwatch is a well-known global social listening tool, and I chose it because it is advantageous for understanding consumers from various countries compared to the Korean social tools I used before. It is attractively priced, and the friendly CSM support was impressive. Initially, the extensive features were challenging, but thanks to the quick response from the help center and support team, problem-solving was easy. It is convenient for dashboard management as it allows user-friendly understanding of consumer perceptions of the brand and competing brands through graphs and charts. The data collection coverage and speed are excellent, and partnerships with platforms like Reddit and Twitter ensure data is sourced safely and securely, which is reassuring. Therefore, the help center and user-friendly dashboard have become key factors in encouraging repurchase. I rate Brandwatch highly, giving it a 10 out of 10, and would recommend it to others.
