I am extremely enthusiastic about Outreach. It's a tool that I would actively seek out in my next company, or at the very least, highly recommend. It would be unwise to overlook investing in this technology if you have a sizable team of SDRs and Inside Sales professionals. Personally, it has significantly reduced the time I spend on dialing and has helped me stay on track. The progress reports are user-friendly, and when collaborating with my SDR to engage with multiple contacts within an account, we can easily monitor each other's activities to avoid duplication.
