First, Caya is a mail scanning service - mail is forwarded to a scanning center via forwarding order, opened and scanned there, and made available digitally via a web interface. In addition, documents can be uploaded to Caya via various interfaces and integrations - for example, I have stored the mail address of my Caya in Scanner, so that documents are scanned directly to Caya. Mail forwarding occasionally doesn't work out, though that's probably more of a problem with the post office and not Caya. The workflows (for automatisms in document processing) have been missing a delete button since the beginning, so that workflows can be changed, but not deleted (and if you want to completely redesign a workflow, you have to delete it first).
