This is the fourth ERP system I have used during my ten years with my current company, and it stands out as the most agile and comprehensive. I find the initial setup of Cetec ERP quite complex. Although I am becoming more familiar with the system, there are still areas where I have questions. Additionally, I've noticed a significant issue with data transitioning from the quote stage to work orders, where certain key information fails to populate. The most helpful thing about CETEC is the company team / CETEC staff. They have happy to answer our countless questions and pull in the best resources when a question is posed outside their area of expertise. Cetec is a great ERP tool for incorporating all aspects of your company into one ERP system. The only aspect we can not use it for is our production Quality inspections as we need to store this information. They have mentioned it as a potential future addition.
