What do you like best about Cisco Webex Support?

What do you like best about Cisco Webex Support?

The best thing about Webex Support Center is its fast response to customer queries and issues.

The ability to access remote systems and update the end-user system through the cloud is also beneficial for the admin team.

The ability to transfer files directly to the end user's system is also very helpful.

Their customer support team is great and it provides quick resolution to our problems by initiating quick updates if there's a big issue.

What do you dislike about Cisco Webex Support?

I haven't faced any significant issues during the period I used it. We stopped using Cisco's support center two weeks back as we didn't see a requirement. However, we have noticed that the Webex team takes time to answer on public holidays. When you remotely access a PC, the end user's system sometimes lags, which is a downside. There is a help option where you may contact out to customer service, navigate the help centre, and record a case directly from the site.

There are several useful articles for problem-solving by yourself.

You can speak with support directly or, if necessary, sales.

The best thing is that you may call support, log a case, chat with an expert, or check the Webex status (reviewing an open incident)

On the basis of the ticket's priority, the support responds rather swiftly.

What do you dislike about Cisco Webex Support?

We stopped using them and shifted to another product provider for our conferencing needs because it was challenging to connect to a live person and the sound quality problems we had (feedback) really couldn't be rectified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- FAQ has a lot of relevant information that solves my issues before I even feel the need to reach out to a human

What do you like best about Cisco Webex Support?

Of all the platforms we use as a business (Skype, teams, zoom, and WebEx), WebEx by far is the easiest to use. It does take some getting used to but gives great functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do think being able to fully utilize WebEx takes some time getting used to, and has a learning curve (not steep per say but it isnt easy compared to some of the other platforms). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the quick reply the most. I'm an interactive person, and I hate when it takes forever to get an answer from customer service for an issue. It is very frustrating. Never happened with webex CS. They are always on top of everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
