I enjoy the vast resources and community partners that Circa connects us to for recruiting a diverse talent pool. Circa exports our job openings posted to our career site to their inclusive network and helps us to track the number of referrals they're providing. I enjoy reviewing the monthly report card they send, which shows exactly how many candidates are being referred by Circa. It's a great way to measure our ROI. What do you like best about Mitratech Circa?

I have used Circa previously at other companies. Circa enables employers to remain compliant by not only posting on state job boards, but targeting and reaching diverse candidate pools. Circa also has a resume database that provides TA teams another outlet to qualified candidates.

Circa offers webinars to expand your knowledge and provide updates on key legislation.

Our management team likes the reports that are sent out regarding the metrics as well.

The amount of partnerships created with Circa really supports our DEIB Strategy for outreach efforts. Database remain current and relevant. Love the fact that it's a one stop short for maintaining compliance records especially email correspondances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitratech Circa?

The limit on linkage agents - I have to constantly check with my rep to get it increased. I can't download the database or even some of the database in order to refine my outreach. I don't know if Circa is picky but I have refresh errors constantly. It would be nice if Circa can handle all of my outreach tracking i.e. send listings to associations that I'm a member of. Circa makes posting your open positions to job boards very easy. We receive monthly Report Cards to document any outreach efforts and verify our jobs are posted. Our representative is always available and helpful when we have questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

None really. We have had good explanations of how to do outreach but no one follows up to see if we have any ongoing issues with it. We have had two Account Reps in the 1.5 years I've been with my company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
