1. Customer Support. Every member of the Cocoon team has been exceptionally responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Our employees have echoed this feedback as well.
2. Decreased administrative burden. We cannot overstate how much time this has saved our internal People team. Cocoon handles nearly ever step of the leave process on our behalf and anything they can't directly handle (i.e. payroll) is provided to use with maximum ease.
3. Cost savings. Our finance team is consistently pleased with the amount of savings we've been able to recoup by utilizing Cocoon and the pricing model is ideal for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
