As solo practice therapists, using Constant Contact Advanced Automation significantly streamlined communication processes like the welcome email sequence for new subscribers to my monthly newsletter and landing page sign-ups for my lead magnets. What do you dislike about Constant Contact Advanced Automation?

The primary drawback of using Constant Contact Advanced Automation is that if you need to edit a sequence and disable it by mistake, or if the sequence expires, you have to restart the entire email sequence process from the beginning. I don't like that I can't copy automated emails to regular emails. I also don't like the lack of clarity of which automations my subscripton allows me to use (I had to look up their subscription comparison page to find out). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
