One of their current biggest drawbacks is the inability to track Twitter & LinkedIn automatically because of API issues. You have to pay extra for them to either track manually or use API. For instance, our sales teams receive critical updates and focus keywords on monitored customers, which helps identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
