What do you like best about Cornerstone?

The best-in-class UI design, as LMS manager, it's very easy for HR to customize the experience and design the best layout that suits the company's branding/culture Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cornerstone?

An easier admin setting would be nice as sometimes getting the right setting required many steps and testing. e.g. push learning contents to a targeted group etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone:

Cornerstone is definitely one of the best Learning Management Systems available in the market, even thought you might on other core HRIS, it's still worthy to explore it as dedicated LMS aside with your core HRIS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cornerstone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cornerstone provides the best learning experience for our employees, it has a great UI design and user experience, easy to navigate and browse thru courses.

"Great user experience but not so much for administrators"

What do you like best about Cornerstone?

The platform is user-friendly, and has interesting ways to integrate the different tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cornerstone?

The "back office", the experience for the administrator is complicated, and has a lot more steps and clicks than on other platforms. Also, it is really unflexible, it has a lot of limitations on what you can do. Also, they tend to have a lot of bugs, and support takes weeks, which is forever when you area implementing a process in a business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cornerstone:

I believe they area one of the best plattforms if you want integration, but they need to update, and to think of the administrator user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cornerstone training review"

What do you like best about Cornerstone?

I like that it tracks which trainings I have completed and archives them. I also like how it breaks them down well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's pretty finicky and prepare to have to spend more time than desired to complete different sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cornerstone let's you complete training before the launch date, but when the launch date occurs, it won't register that you've completed it so you have to redo it. I also turn on auto play but I still have to click to move forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The certification module within Cornerstone is very dated and the user interface can be challenging for employees to navigate. An update to the certification UI would be an excellent enhancement for customers using these features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Training Hub"

I am engaged in frequent training sessions in Cornerstone for continuing education in my workplace. The content is easy to find and has built-in due dates for simple task management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cornerstone?

In my opinion, the best part about cornerstone is the transcript. It maintains a record of current, completed, and overdue training. Viewing the transcript keeps me up to date on activities I need to complete while maintaining the ability to review past courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cornerstone?

I dislike the search function in Cornerstone. I have difficulty finding courses with general terms or definitions that a course may contain. If you don't have the exact title of a course, it is tough to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cornerstone keeps me up to date on my required training, but it also allows me to explore courses to take and educate myself further in my field of work. The library is of great benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
