I love the versatility and depth of Dutchie the most. It sometimes feels like there are 2-3 ways to get the same thing done, depending on how you learn, operate, or organize. I love the user interface. It feels clean and easy to navigate. There are 100s of features, yet, I feel like Dutchie narrows your options in certain areas to allow you to better focus on operations pertaining to your store/grow. I have been in the cannabis industry since 2017 and have used several different platforms and Dutchie is far and away the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Certain features can be buggy at times and the information from Support is sometimes incorrect. I have received information from Support that was flat out wrong in certain instances. When building discounts sometimes the logic is wrong and Support would say that the Duration of the Discount is the indicator for when competing discounts take precedence, which is incorrect.
The Support is definitely a spot of weakness for Dutchie.
Thankfully we have a great CSM that is very quick to respond, Alexandria Guilfoyle. She helps me assess issues that are solvable and issues that need a Support ticket. She is always very cheerful and helpful and very responsive. Alex is the best! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
