"Databook Makes Account Research Effortless and Time-Saving"
What do you like best about Databook?

What I appreciate most about Databook is how it simplifies the process of researching accounts. It provides fast access to the most important information, such as company initiatives, executive priorities, and financial trends, all conveniently gathered in one place. Before I reach out to new prospects, I rely on it to help me craft messages that truly resonate. It saves me a significant amount of time that I would otherwise spend sifting through reports or searching random articles to understand what a company actually values. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

Occasionally, it takes a few extra seconds to load when I switch between company profiles, and I’ve noticed that the data for smaller or private companies isn’t as comprehensive as it is for larger organizations. It would also be helpful if the integration with tools like Salesforce or SalesLoft were smoother, allowing me to pull insights directly into my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how it provides concise yet contextual answers, saving me time when preparing client pitches or responding to technical queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

At times, Databook responses can be slightly generic or lack the depth needed for more complex or region-specific queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Tool for Customer Insight and Proposals"
What do you like best about Databook?

I love how Databook provides a super-efficient and in-depth overview of my customers' strategic priorities and needs in an ever-changing market. It allows me to map customer inputs to ensure accuracy, and I find it incredibly correct in its analysis. The easy setup process, comparable to using other intuitive tools like Copilot or ChatGPT, is a major advantage. I appreciate how effortless it is to create a deal book and probe customer-related queries right from the start. The integration of detailed, specific information is brilliant, focusing on deal-making proposals and delivering customer insights that require no adjustments, making them immediately useful. Databook excels in aligning my proposals and pitches to customer needs, offering valuable insights into customer priorities and strategic roadmaps, which enhances my efficiency. The tool is particularly time-effective, which is crucial in my line of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Databook?

{"I think Databook needs to iterate more. With the advancements in technologies like ChatGPT and Copilot, there's a possibility that they could catch up or even surpass Databook in terms of capabilities.","The decision to buy or recommend Databook again is dependent on the pricing structure. It seems that the pricing might not be as competitive or clear compared to alternatives like Copilot and ChatGPT."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It stands out by saving me significant time in researching customers, allowing me to gather information and create industry-specific points of view far more quickly than before. I find it easy to use, and the prompts provide valuable guidance to find exactly what I need. The feature that provides extensive information is particularly beneficial for my work, and since Databook.ai became available, I have been able to use it more thoroughly, especially in the public sector. Overall, my experience has been thoroughly positive, leading to a high recommendation score of 10 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
