EventCreate has been a great all-in-one tool for managing our event—from creating the website to handling ticketing and email communication. I especially love the email template and blast functionality—being able to see who has incomplete registrations when selecting recipients has been incredibly helpful for growing our guest list. The ticketing and event site integration keeps everything seamless, and the Stripe connection is a great way to securely collect and store funds separately from my main bank account. My only real complaint is that some features could be a bit more flexible, especially when it comes to custom design options and email formatting. There’s also some occasional lag when viewing analytics or updating attendee lists. Based on what I’ve seen in other reviews, a few users have noted that customer support response times can vary, especially during peak event seasons.
