What do you like best about Everhour?

The price is a bit high but you pay for the service you need.

What do you like best about Everhour?

It is easy to integrate with other time-tracking and project/task management apps, but it can be used alone as well and works excellent, with all the editing and reporting possibilities one would expect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everhour?

The only point I would recommend to improve a bit is the usabilty of the mobile version. At first it can be sometimes a little tricky to navigate through the project board without moving a task panel, especially on projects with many panels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Really easy-to-use cost and time calculations for my team"

What do you like best about Everhour?

Everhour works great with JIRA by allowing us to pull in JIRA's custom fields and link back to the cards within JIRA.

I also like the custom reporting feature. These two features made us choose Everhour over all the other software we reviewed (from free to enterprise/quite pricey tools).

The browser add-on is also helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everhour?

While custom reporting is great, it would be even better to create custom fields within Everhour (that don't already exist in JIRA). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Using Everhour from its very beginning and absolutely satisfied."

What do you like best about Everhour?

It is simple as you wish to. And all the integration with the Asana and Chrome. You can click right on task, you can click in task detail. You can edit description if you want. You can add time back. All this with the click of the button. In Google Chrome extensions you can switch to different tasks or stop currently running if you go for lunch. In the report, you have all the options you wish to. You see detailed Logged about the login of the time. Great. You have a standard timesheet overview in Asana and you can quickly fix the time hours if you need to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everhour?

Hm. I do not know. Maybe that the timer will not stop automatically on task completion. (at least as far as I remember) And showing completed tasks in the list of tasks. If you are adding time right from Everhour, however, I do not use this so I do not mind much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Everhour?

Ease of integrations with our existing software (crucially ClickUp). Great UX/UI. Easy to create custom reports and monitor budgets on each project we are working on. Simple to introduce to new team members. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everhour?

I would like to see an integration with HubSpot so we can track our partner relationships better (we currently have to do a workaround by having a task in Clickup to track this work). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Time tracker for Asana integration"

What do you like best about Everhour?

I like the ease of use and the deep integration with Asana. I do not need to leave Asana to do my time tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everhour?

There is no mobile app available. I would love to start the timer and then have the timer open on my phone if I forget or event a desktop popout with the timer and the task im tracking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cheap and cheerful, missing some fundamental features"

What do you like best about Everhour?

It's cheap to buy and setup and pretty easy to use. Integration to finance system is useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Everhour?

The reporting looks good on the surface but is missing some fundamental functions. For example, we are unable to generate a backlog report directly from EverHour. Backlog is a critical metric to a PS organisation, but we have to pull the data from EverHour and manipulate it in Excel to see our backlog. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
