I’m thrilled with CloudExtend Gmail for NetSuite! It has saved me so much time, especially with the autopilot feature, allowing me to focus on other work tasks and boost my productivity. What do you like best about ExtendSync?

CloudExtend G Suite hecticly integrates with Netsuite making it difficult to access and manage emails directly on the platform. Delays the advantages of this integration does not outweigh drawbacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their support team is slow and poor in resolving any issues within seconds. CloudExtend G Suite has not increased my workflow and productivity. The integration with the system caused timeout problems for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ExtendSync?

I very much appreciate the autopilot mode. I like that I can check a box one time, and it will save all other replies in that thread automatically and will add all the previous responses as well. So if you are added to an email later in the discussion, you can read through all the replies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExtendSync?

If images are embedded in the email instead of attached, you can't see what was sent in Netsuite. Also, there are times when the email thread gets confusing to read in Netsuite if there are a lot of entries, and sometimes there are two of the same email communications listed. What problems is ExtendSync solving and how is that benefiting you?

CloudExtend helps keep my inbox clear. Never again do I need to retain hundreds of emails because they contained one piece of information I needed. Now I can attach that email with the information to that customer record. Now, multiple team members can access the same data instead of just sitting in my inbox. What do you like best about ExtendSync?

• I can easily and quickly create new records (leads, contacts, opportunities, etc.) without leaving my Gmail window. The amount of time saved not having to switch back and forth really does add up.

• Finding related records is a breeze and happens automatically! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ExtendSync?

I'd like to have better control over the display/editability of custom fields. We have tons of them and if I need to make edits to a record I typically do have to open up an actual Netsuite tab. So while CloudExtend does get me quickly to the record I need, it'd be nice to be able to edit any field from the side panel in Gmail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
