"EZ Texting Transformed Our Engagement—Easy Setup, Minor Scheduling Quirks"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

It's easy! The tool was easy to set up, import contacts, and get started. It's straightforward to use, all the features are useful, and integration with our online fundraising portal is seamless via a Zapier integration. We used to rely on email communications only with our participants and donors. EZ Texting has been a huge gamechanger for us. What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

"Effortless Communication with EZ Texting"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I have been using EZ Texting for my small business for at least two or three years and found it through a friend's referral. I love its intuitive and easy setup, which made getting started a breeze. Its real-time communication capabilities are invaluable, allowing me to reach out to teachers and parents effectively and quickly. I appreciate how it enables me to disseminate important information swiftly, especially in situations where a teacher is running late or needs to communicate urgent updates to parents. The convenience and usability of EZ Texting are standout features for me, and they are significant reasons I would choose to purchase the service again. I am highly satisfied with how EZ Texting contributes to streamlining communications for my business, evident by my high likelihood of recommending it, scoring a perfect ten. "Great MMS Features for Churches, But App Needs Improvement and Pricing Is High"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

It is easy to:

- add new contacts and get them sorted into contact lists

- schedule messages to be sent at a later time

- respond to messages that are sent as replies to texts sent out

It allows MMS. We aren't using EZ texting for typical marketing, we are a church using it to send notes out to our members. Those notes tend to be longer, so having MMS as an option is a must (and many texting services don't allow this).

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

It is more expensive than we would like, though we are regularly exploring our alternative options and aren't finding any (because we need MMS).

The app isn't very function or user friendly. I would love to do more from my phone, but default to my computer since the app is limited and cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I like that I can reply individually to anyone who responds to my campaign. I also like how the application tells me how many of my texts made it to the recipient and how many bounced. It also tells me the # of times certain phone number has bounced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

What I haven't figured out how to fix yet is to send a text to known good numbers that keep bouncing (5-7x) I was once one of the bounced #s that came up when I sent out a campaign text. Somehow, about 30% of the 124 contacts I sent a text to bounced. Sent a ticket and still havent heard back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Time-Saving Solution"
What do you like best about EZ Texting?

I absolutely love how easy it was to set up EZ Texting. I could seamlessly transfer all my data from the old SMS marketing service using CSV files, Excel sheets, and simple copy-pasting methods. This ease of setup saved me a lot of time and hassle. I also appreciate how EZ Texting saves me time by allowing me to send messages in bulk without needing to painstakingly send them one by one to each customer. Additionally, the feature that allows me to purchase someone's spot without needing to upgrade to a different tier is fantastic, offering flexibility and convenience. The pricing of the service is also highly reasonable and well-suited to my budget, which is important for me as a business owner. I find the ability for unused credits to roll over particularly beneficial, ensuring that I am getting full value for my investment. I find the analytics and data reporting capabilities lacking. What do you like best about EZ Texting?

Perhaps we use EZ Texting in a non traditional matter, but it has been great do divert customers from filling up our phone lines and instead havebeen texting us their questions. This has been such a help, I wish we did this years ago! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EZ Texting?

If I had to come up with one downside, it would be the latency. Sometimes texts seem to go missing or don't show up for quite some time. Also don't seem to consistently "auto refresh." Meaning I'll log in and even though I thought I'm caught up, I refresh and there all of the sudden I have multiple unread messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EZ Texting?

The cost of credits is and always has been confusing, regardless of the text platform. We're a hospitality brand and have used many providers over the years. Depending on the size of your list, credits can start to add up for a simple text message. The annual credit doesn't really hold much value and you are often reloading your account.
