"Ezeep Printing for businesses"
What do you like best about ezeep?

Ezeep has been an excellent tool for our business. It makes printing easy and efficient, while also giving us a simple way to track user prints! This feature has been incredibly helpful in managing costs and keeping everything organized. Overall, it has been a reliable and valuable service for us! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezeep?

While I really appreciate what Ezeep offers, the setup process can sometimes feel a bit complicated. However, the support team has been fantastic! They are always quick to respond and very helpful in getting everything running smoothly. Once it’s set up, the system works really well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A practical printing solution for shared workspaces—with room for improvement"
What do you like best about ezeep?

What I like best about Ezeep is how effortlessly it lets team members print from any device, no matter where they are. The cloud-based setup means you don’t have to worry about installing drivers or dealing with complicated configurations—just click and print. It’s especially helpful in shared workspaces or hybrid environments where flexibility is key. Plus, the admin dashboard makes it easy to manage printers and users without needing IT support every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezeep?

Sometimes printers disconnect unexpectedly, and support can be slow. The switch from Classic to Blue also had a few bumps. Still useful, but not always smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great customer service!"
What do you like best about ezeep?

ezeep is very user friendly! I like the ability that our users can either print directly from ezeep or download to their desktop and print straight from their documents. Pulling reports and seeing who printed from what computer is a great bonus. You can also setup automations/workflows to make your life easier as an admin! I had to call customer support and talked to David Diefenbach and he was absolutely amazing! He was super patient and went out of his way to help setup our printers. 10/10 would recommend talking to David if you have any support or IT questions! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezeep?

We were currently uzing ezeep Legacy and had to transition to ezeep Blue. My issue with this is that ezeep Blue does not integrate with our coworking software, Optix. Before, ezeep Legacy was able to add printing invoices to our users accounts. Now with ezeep Blue, it does not integrate with our coworking software and therefore I manually have to add printing invoices every month. Also, the transition from ezeep Legacy to ezeep Blue was not an easy transition. If you're a new customer, then you will not need to worry about the transition! "Ezeep for Coworking Spaces"
What do you like best about ezeep?

Working in a coworking space once meant endless printer headaches—whether it was drivers, network problems, or compatibility issues, there was always something to troubleshoot. Ezeep has completely transformed that experience. Now, members can print from any device effortlessly, without the hassle of installing drivers or configuring networks. The admin dashboard is extremely intuitive, making it quick and easy to manage printers, users, and permissions, which has saved us a significant amount of IT time. The customer support team is outstanding: they respond quickly, are always friendly, and consistently provide helpful solutions whenever an issue arises. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezeep?

Occasionally, we experience a minor issue where the Ezeep Hub requires a quick restart. Simply unplugging it and plugging it back in resolves the problem, and everything works smoothly afterward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ezeep for Coworking"
What do you like best about ezeep?

Ezeep is great for setting our customers up for printing without a tedious setup process. Ezeep integrates with our systems and automatically manages printer access as new members join. Without Ezeep we would have to walk people through adding appropriate drivers, mapping the printers on their device, and then troubleshooting all sorts of device specific issues. Utilizing Ezeep Blue and their HUB's streamline our processes and troubleshooting, meaning we save time for more important problems than printer setup. We use this daily and customer support is great when we need it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezeep?

There's some limitations on printer defaults and customization that could be worked on, but as of now the platform does everything that we need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezeep?

I did have a minor issue logging in due to possible issue with needing to clear my cache but the helpdesk provided me feedback in quick time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Prevalent issues upgrading to Ezeep Blue but Superior Customer Support"
What do you like best about ezeep?

I like how you can easily see the printers when setting up new members. I am a Community Manager at a co-working spot. I like the number of features that we have with Ezeep Blue. But, the best part has been being able to work with their support. Especially, major props to David Diefenbach who has helped our organization resolve quite a few issues. He was quick to offer solutions, knowledgeable, friendly, and even volunteer to conduct a Zoom meeting so that the rest of our team of Community Managers could ask questions and troubleshoot some issues. Sometimes the delivery of new technology can be chaotic but it's all about the support on how fast they can resolve issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezeep?

The number of issues we faced as an organization from upgrading on Ezeep platform. In theory, we were supposed to have less issues by upgrading. This has been challenging from a few standpoints. I do take into account with any technology their is learning curves. There are things out of our control when trying to get a user onto the platform whether that's their internal firewall, operating system, etc. Ezeep has been receptive to trying to solve our issues that we have been facing. "Reliable Print Management Solution Backed by Exceptional Support"
What do you like best about ezeep?

Ezeep offers significant value through its cross-platform printing capabilities, allowing printing documents from any device, be it mobile or desktop without requiring driver installations. Its most impactful feature is the robust integration with Nexudus, which automates credit tracking and billing processes, eliminating manual administrative work.

Also, Ezeep's customer success team were very helpful when we had issues setting up. They swiftly resolved our technical challenges and provided guidance during implementation (huge shoutout to Justin).

These advantages have reduced our administrative workload and enhanced our client satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezeep?

Although core reporting is functional, generating granular, custom analytics, for instance, user-specific cost breakdowns, remains less intuitive compared to its other features.

Also, occasional synchronization delays between print jobs and integrated platforms sometimes necessitate manual verification, and non-technical users may face a learning curve with this.

While these factors don't outweigh the platform's benefits, having them looked at in later updates would be deeply appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Years of Smooth Use and Excellent Customer Care"
What do you like best about ezeep?

We've been using ezeep for several years and have always appreciated how easy and reliable the service is. The platform is user-friendly, the setup straightforward, and everything just works — which is exactly what you want from a printing solution.

Due to a recent change in our IT infrastructure, we had to say goodbye to ezeep. Throughout the cancellation process, Sandra Kortüm from Customer Success was incredibly helpful. She approached everything with kindness, professionalism, and a strong focus on solutions. It's rare to experience such dedicated support.

Great product, excellent service, and people who really care. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezeep?

Honestly, nothing — everything has always worked perfectly for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ezeep Blue vs Legacy"
What do you like best about ezeep?

I liked that Ezeep allows us to manage all of the printers with just a local onsite device. It keeps our managment simple and allows for easy updates to the environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ezeep?

The transition from Ezeep legacy to Ezeep Blue has not gone well. Our members are very upset with the removal of a lot of features that were part of legacy. Just to name a few, unable to print multiple documents at once, limiting the number of copies they can print, not remembering print defaults (black/white vs color, etc.)

This is forcing our members to download the desktop app, while that is a nice to have, our members all prefer to utilize the browser. This has caused a lot of frustration with our members. We are considering changing platforms entirely because of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
