I enjoyed several aspects of this platform, but the standout feature for me was its automation for sales and lead generation. It aids in lightening the workload and achieving improved sales outcomes. It's also straightforward to make calls and engage with potential customers.

Service and support were disastrous. What was presented in the sales pitch was not provided. No acct mgr to support you, no blogs, not 1 verified client was received within 4 months. That's a lot of money to shell out with nothing to show for it. I called and emailed several times but fell on deaf ear. Once they have your money, it's on to the next victim. My acct mgr quit, and no one advised me - but still billed me. I gave them ample time to correct but nothing was done.

The emerge system is SO confusing. Good luck getting a timely response on billing questions. Right now the server is down; an email letting me know what is going on would have been nice. When I asked to upgrade my account, It took me talking to 3 ppl over the course of 2 months to get it up and going. WTH?!?!?
