What do you like best about Fincome?

The dashboards are extremely comprehensive; everything I need to know is right at my fingertips. I was also able to set it up entirely on my own, super easy to do. What problems is Fincome solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fincome gives me a snapshot of the health of my SaaS business. With the thousands of customers that we have and the dozens of millions of MRR, it has become really important to be able to dig deep very fast - that's what Fincome allows me to do.

What do you like best about Fincome?

Beautiful interface, native connection with Chargebee that allows daily tracking of KPIs. High availability of the entire team to adapt the implementation to our specificities (numerous and complex). Indispensable when managing a large volume of data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing to report.

What do you like best about Fincome?

Fincome allows us to automate the calculation of all the SaaS KPIs we want to track. It is an undeniable time saver for all users of different services (finance, products, CSM). Fincome is made up of a reactive and highly dynamic team that is actively working on a wide range of topics to develop the platform.

The customisable calculation rules, the powerful reporting and the customisation of the reports are the real differentiators.

It helps me get a much deeper and more structured understanding of our financial metrics than what I was getting from Stripe, which is our billing tool. Having a standalone tool dedicated to financial metric tracking—separate from the billing system—gives us cleaner, more reliable insights and makes it easier to analyze performance over time.
