What do you like best about Flow Commerce?

Flow has been an incredible partnership and has allowed us to grow our international customer base with its easy and customizable platform. Flow allows us to customize checkout experiences by country to serve the needs of our international customers and provide full cost transparency at checkout.

In addition to Flow's incredibly user-friendly console, the Flow team is a dream to work with. Their customer service team responds quickly with answers and solutions to all of our questions, our customer success manager, Ryan, is always providing support and incredible ideas to help grow our business. What do you like best about Flow Commerce?

This platform allowed us to expand internationally significantly faster than we would have otherwise. We're now able to test different geos without it taking a significant lift.

The platform is typically intuitive and easy to navigate.

AB testing functionality is built-in, allowing for easy testing/optimization.

What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?

There have been a few areas where features we'd like (and that seem fairly core to a platform used for int'l expansion) were still in development, e.g. a way for us to easily export the amount of tax that has been paid on purchases for accounting purchases.

What do you like best about Flow Commerce?

We've had an incredible partnership with Flow over the past two years. From the beginning, Flow and our incredible Customer Care Manager Ryan, have diligently worked with us to set up our brand for success by ensuring a seamless Shopify Plus integration. No detail was overlooked as we have continually worked together to find new, innovative ways to scale the business, grow our user base and enhance the customer experience. We found the platform easy to use, including customizing the checkout experience by country inclusive of full cost transparency at checkout, BNPL options, and customer returns.

In addition, the Flow console is incredibly user-friendly. It's been a dream to work with the Flow team. They respond quickly with answers and solutions to all of our questions, and our customer success manager, Ryan, is always providing support and incredible ideas to help grow our business. What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?

We've been thrilled with Flow and are even more confident than ever we selected the #1 cross-border platform for our business. We have all the support we need from the team, which started the moment we signed on and has encompassed everything from the integration to creative growth solutions. One of the best parts of working with Flow is how the company continues to evolve its platform to meet the needs of its customers and the market. What do you like best about Flow Commerce?

The ease of use. Everything is very straightforward.

What sets Flow apart from other similar platforms is the ability to exclude certain items internationally. For example, we have a high ticket watch on our site that we would prefer not to ship internationally due to fraud reasons and we can exclude it by sku in about 10 seconds flat!

We are currently splitting our orders to two 3pls and their functionality around fulfillments is immensely helpful here as well. We are able to split ship international orders along with their documentation at the push of a button.

They also offer more basic settings surrounding duties, taxes, and website appearance that are all very easy to use.

Lastly, they offer A/B testing so you can test certain settings and see what your customers respond best to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flow Commerce?

What do you like best about Flow Commerce?

Flow unlocks your commerce platform's international capabilities in unique and clever ways, which allow for your team to stay focused on doing what they do best - creating, selling, and managing your brand and product. Flow handles all customs, checkout, financials, and taxes from within your own warehouse. Essentially all the paperwork and coordination is handled externally by Flow while maintaining your existing, internal fulfillment in house which is what makes this platform so unique. Other companies require advanced integrations, 3rd party middle men, workflow changes, and huge downtime between platforms to make cross-border a reality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flow Commerce?

Very robust international e-commerce solution. Excellent support from Flow personnel. Ask a question, get an almost immediate answer. Added several features that we needed for our unique products. It's great to see that they keep innovating. Have been operating with them, problem-free, for about four months. Very pleased with how smoothly onboarding went. What do you like best about Flow Commerce?

Flow Commerce easily allowed to expand our digital footprint by utilizing our existing eCommerce setup and integrating Flow's checkout. They removed the time, effort, and resources to build out separate sites for additional locales and leverage their shopping cart as a means to allow international consumers to purchase products they normally wouldn't have an opportunity to purchase.
