"Our sales teams love Guru - feedback has been overwhelmingly positive"
What do you like best about Guru?

I manage all the presentation and organization of our sales and marketing collateral on Guru, and my organization uses it for many cross-departmental functions as well. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from our sales reps. The ability to customize our own departmental landing page has been helpful. The analytics are awesome. Permissions let you easily decide who can review and update cards, and who can see them. The AI functionality is next-level and with the new chat feature it's been amazing to help me ensure information is easy to find and accurate for our sales teams. Overall, I think Guru is doing an amazing job staying ahead of the curve. The webinars they host are very helpful and it feels like the company really cares. What do you dislike about Guru?

Card layouts are somewhat limited compared to other content management platforms I have used so this is my biggest gripe. A lot of people don't realize that there is a sidebar you can toggle for deep links to sections, because its not extremely obvious, so if you have a card with a lot of content, people don't realize they can go there rather than scrolling forever. Having a really nice consolidated layout with graphics can be tricky. For instance, sometimes I just want to embed a video but I can only do it from some sources, so I have to create a screenshot that links to the video, and then sometimes the screenshots do not load. "A useful knowledge tool that keeps teams on the same page"
What do you like best about Guru?

What i appreciate most about guru is how easy it is to use in daily work . The layout is clean and don't need any training to get started. The features like card verification and organisation are genuinely useful, and i find myself using it quite often because it actually helps me find answers fast . Also whenever customer support was quick to respond and resolved our issues without any hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

Sometimes the search result feel a bit slow when you have a lot of content saved and organising information across collections takes effort. The pricing also feels slightly expensive for smaller teams but overall it still delivers value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Guru helps us store our knowledge in a well structured way"
What do you like best about Guru?

Guru has become an essential part of how we manage and share knowledge across our team. The ease of use stands out—it’s simple for anyone to create, update, and verify content, which makes adoption smooth even for new team members. The integration with tools like Slack means our team can access the right information instantly without breaking their workflow. This has greatly reduced repeated questions, streamlined onboarding, and helped us maintain consistent processes across departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

Overall, Guru works very well for us, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The search experience can sometimes surface too many results, making it harder to find the most relevant card quickly. Additionally, formatting options in cards could be more flexible, especially for complex documentation. While integrations are strong, having more customization in analytics and reporting would make it easier to measure the direct impact of Guru on productivity.
