The editor has all the necessary functionality and is quite simple to use. Very little instruction is needed. Images, tables, lists, and other media can be added. The concept of it being a large blank canvas greatly facilitates collaboration.

Page templates can in quite handy.Since you don't always have to begin with a blank slate. Spaces can be created where all the content can be put in one space , so finding the content/document is also very simple.And all the data is in one place .

After sharing the content, multiple users can work simultaneously on the editor, which is again incredibly easy to use and beneficial.

Our company provides us with this helpful tool to guide all on our team for training purposes also in assisting those to back us up on tasks.
