The customer service from the GReminders team is amazing. We opted for the full service option given that we are newly stepping into the automated marketing world. It has been eye opening to see all the various options a company has to follow up with its clients. We expect the services offered from GReminders will save us a tremendous amount of time. What do you dislike about GReminders?

There is a lot of information and options! For a company that isn't familiar with all the options available, it can be a little overwhelming at first, simply because you don't even know that some of the technology even exists. If you're new, using the full service where GReminders helps you setup everything is crucial to guarantee you're maximizing it's potential for your business. What do you like best about GReminders?

I was looking for a solution that would be able to take care of efficient note taking and ended up finding one that also provided text-based follow-ups/reminders/reschedule options for client appointments as well as giving me a digital mechanism to coordinate a client scheduling a meeting with me to free up my assistant for other tasks.

The web-based interface is relatively straight-forward and the Support team is very solid and responsive. The integration with Redtail was very smooth. The ability to not only classify different meeting types but also assign different follow-up and notetaker templates to these kinds of meetings provides for a range of services to be provided under a common interface, which I greatly appreciate.

I found the help information in the web support section to be relatively detailed and normally that could get me past a sticking point I might have run into during the setup or use situation.

Across the next 6-12 months moving forward, I intend to further customize the templates to better fine tune the client experience I am looking to deliver while having easy access to notes and tasks for compliance purposes.

I have been very pleased with the product and the pricing appears to be reasonable given the services offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GReminders?

I have experienced some technological glitches, for lack of a better word, that have popped up here and there. However, it is important to note that anything that has popped up that was reported to Support was readily addressed by a very capable team, and for that I am thankful.

While customization can be a good thing for some, that kind of independence of action needs to be checked if you are the kind of person that suffers from analysis paralysis - consider a setup package to get yourself up and running smoother and faster.

If you are a Redtail user, know that there are features that will likely be shown by a video from the front-end sales rep that do not line up with what your experience will be. This is not a dealbreaker by any means, but I have a feeling there was a third-party tool like Zapier being used or some other item that was shown to create better 'from Redtail' use of GReminders. Without that tool, a sidebar workaround would be necessary, which means going from scheduling things inside of Redtail to instead scheduling meetings inside of GReminders - that was a process shift for our office that I would have liked to have avoided based on what I was shown up front. What do you like best about GReminders?

There's a bunch of great things about GReminders but the biggest one is the Pre Meeting Brief email. I can easily prep for a meeting in minutes with knowing everything about my client without having to scroll through notes. A calendar link where our clients can pick their own meeting day/time saves our office time by not being stuck on the phone or emailing back and forth to schedule the client. Meeting remind texts makes sure you never miss a meeting. I highly recommend getting GReminders for your business to help you be more productive and save you time. What do you like best about GReminders?

Setting this up was a breeze! We were able to integrate quickly and continue customizing over time. The customization of scheduling forms, data gathering, AI pre-appointment prep notes, many of the automations within Redtail, and potential to be a time-saving, streamlined process. This has saved me hours each day manually linking clients in Redtail, setting up and manually sending Zoom info emails, etc. Less tasks are falling between the cracks now, as well. What do you dislike about GReminders?

There is still room for improvement, but in working with our onboarding support, I feel the development team is taking our feedback and concerns into consideration and I look forward to seeing what the future holds. Time will tell!

Specific issues/improvements we have requested be addressed:

-A scheduling option for prospective clients to meet with whichever advisor is available next, so selecting the appointment type of initial consult, and being able to select the next available time.

-More of an immediate email confirmation for clients (currently 5-min minimum for email reminder) *In that 5 minutes, we cannot add notes to Redtail or the reminder sent to the clients will include those notes. It also duplicates the Zoom info and looks quite messy.

-More intelligent linking to HOH in Redtail rather than the spouse who may schedule the appt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GReminders?

I switched over to GReminders a little over two months ago, and I’m never looking back.

As a business consultant, I need a scheduling tool that’s simple for my clients to use, syncs seamlessly with my Google Calendar, sends me timely reminders, and—bonus, lets me easily add personal events too. GReminders checks every box.

Before this, I was using Calendly. But with all the back-and-forth, confusing setup, and feeling like every feature came with another fee, I knew I needed a better option. GReminders made the switch worth it. It’s user-friendly, straightforward, and best of all, when I add personal events to my calendar, they integrate automatically. What do you like best about GReminders?

We love the automation of meeting scheduling notifications and reminders. It is also helpful for us that there is a visible cue in our CRM that lets us know that a client has confirmed. Additionally, AI Notetaker is a God send. It cuts the amount of time it takes for us to enter meeting notes to a fraction of the time it used to take us, and it enables us to easily send a meeting summary to our clients in a matter of minutes, which we had not provided before. What do you dislike about GReminders?

We don't utilize the personal reminders - haven't really seen a need for that. Additionally, the pre-meeting briefs, though helpful, are a little wonky in terms of who said what. Honestly though, that's probably because our notes are a little all over the place (since with AI it's garbage in, garbage out). Lastly, I wish there was an adhoc meeting feature for when we only wanted to offer certain times/days to someone as a one off that are different from our full availability. I like that GReminders give me the peace of mind to know that my appointments have a lower likelihood of being missed due to clients not remembering them. This system also makes it easy for me to keep track of all my appointments. What do you like best about GReminders?

One aspect of GReminders that my firm has found helpful is the pre-meeting notes it emails to us. Prior to every meeting we will receive a summary of client cases and information that has been pulled from past activities and meetings. This has been a great way to refresh our memories and create connection points with clients that may have previously been forgotten. GReminders also has great customer service. The notes that are generated after a meeting can become repetitive because of the pre-set templates. It is great at capturing the general ideas of the meeting and what was discussed, however it will report the same information multiple times on the same notes.
