You get everything in one place, no matter which platform you’re renting on, and it also works perfectly for direct bookings. Hospitable keeps improving almost every week. Since I started, I’ve seen so many major updates: the use of AI, Direct Bookings, Dynamic Pricing with the ability to fine-tune through rule sets, the Guest Portal, and the Hospitable Community. There are honestly almost too many to mention – and these have all happened just in the last few months.
And not to forget their incredible support team. I don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than maybe 15 minutes for an answer – and they’re not only the sweetest, but also so understanding and endlessly patient, always making sure you get the best help possible. Well, there’s really not much. The only thing that’s difficult for me – but that’s something that can’t be generalised – is that I can’t take full advantage of everything they offer with Direct Booking. My properties are in Bali, where Stripe still isn’t available as a payment option, and as long as no other options are added, I won’t be able to make full use of it, which is a pity. And as far as I can see, there must be quite a few hosts in other countries facing the same problem. I do understand they need to focus on their main markets, but still … this is really the only thing I “dislike”. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
