"A must for all businesses"
What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

I particularly appreciate the recent advancements in the low-code/no-code workflow builder, which has drastically reduced time-to-value for our teams. The seamless integration with popular enterprise applications (like Slack, Salesforce, and ServiceNow) and the enhanced natural language understanding capabilities have made task orchestration and automation even more intuitive and scalable. The security and compliance features are also much more robust, which is critical for our regulated environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

I like that IBM watsonx Orchestrate enables users to automate repetitive business tasks without writing any code. Its drag-and-drop interface makes it simple to build workflows, and the ability to integrate with popular tools like Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce adds real productivity value. It's especially useful for automating routine admin and data-gathering processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IBM watsonx Orchestrate?

While the platform is user-friendly, the initial learning curve can be steep for non-technical users trying to build more advanced workflows. Some third-party integrations feel limited or require manual setup, and the documentation could be more detailed with practical examples Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
