"Reliable and user-friendly landing page builder"
What do you like best about Instapage?

Easy to use with zero technical knowledge or background. Enough features to build attractive and modern landing pages that look like native pages to your website. Templates make it very easy for new marketers or those not experienced with designing and building web pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instapage?

Some of the controls are not as helpful as they could be, e.g. the process of adding a hyperlink to text is not intuitive. Some features are also missing, e.g. having global code snippets/Google Analytics tags for all pages without having to set for each one, being able to hide sections on desktop as well as mobile. "A Long-Time User Who Still Loves Instapage"
What do you like best about Instapage?

I’ve been using Instapage since around 2015, and the biggest reason I keep coming back is how easy it makes getting a landing page up and running. From a design side, it’s incredibly intuitive — you can get everything you want on the page and looking polished quickly without needing a developer or extra help.

The drag-and-drop editor is smooth and flexible, and over the years they’ve only added more helpful features like integrations, A/B testing, and analytics. But at its core, what makes Instapage stand out is how fast and seamless it is to design and launch landing pages that look great and perform well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instapage?

I will note that back in 2018, I had one issue with a feature not working, and the support team at the time just couldn’t figure it out — it was a bit of a “shoulder shrug” experience. But that was quite a while ago, and since then, I’ve definitely seen their support improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good Platform with an eays interface"
What do you like best about Instapage?

I've had great experiences since I started using Instapage with my organization three years ago. I use it often for different projects. We've created sign-up pages, event micro-sites, and other landing pages that implement video and even customized code. It's an easy platform to figure out. I tell my teammates who are new to it that it's very "drag and drop" meaning you can just drag over the elements you want and drop them into place. It's easy to move things around as long as you are smart with the way you place them (for example, making sure you are using multiple blocks for different sections.) It is also super easy to connect to our website and publish the pages through the plugin. Once the pages are published, making changes is a breeze. I can do it in a few minutes, publish them and they go to the live site. There are been a few times where I've been stuck, but when I reached out to customer service, they were great. They actually helped me identify an unclosed tag in my custom code that was messing up my whole page. I spent so long looking for the issue and they identified it super fast. What do you dislike about Instapage?

I wish some things were available, such as the ability to make a button have drop-downs as an option. We could then use it at the top of a page for a menu navigation. This would be extremely helpful when creating event landing pages, which is one of our primary use cases for Instapage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great tool if you want a landing page quick"
What do you like best about Instapage?

The thing I like the most about Instapage is the extensive library of blocks that you can use in order to create a very nice looking landing page. The categorization of blocks makes it easy to navigate and use the most adequate block for your purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instapage?

The thing that is a bit of a pain is that you'll need to adapt your landing page on mobile in you make any customization on your blocks. Otherwise your page will look all messed up. You really need to have this in mind otherwise you forget that your mobile experience is bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A 360º tool for creating landing pages"
What do you like best about Instapage?

They are constantly innovating and improving the tool, adding new features based on user needs.

They have an amazing support team. They respond within a few minutes and can almost always solve your problem.

It is very easy to use and to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instapage?

When you try to create a more complex design, it becomes difficult because, for example, the HTML block has no preview in the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy & Versatile"
What do you like best about Instapage?

I like how easy it is to use. Love the A/B testing, Analytics & Reporting, and the heatmaps. It's easy to integrate with thins as well. Setting up pages is easy and can be done pretty darn fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instapage?

I've been using instapage for about 6 years. I don't have too many complaints. I don't have any real complaints but it might be nice if they updated the UI Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful tool, but UX could be more intuitive"
What do you like best about Instapage?

Instapage is a helpful tool for marketers looking to build landing pages for their site. There are lots of great options for elements to include, and the tool is great at showing mobile designs/ tablet layout/ etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instapage?

The UX has always frustrated me; I struggle to do simple things like change fonts. Tools are never in the place I assume they will be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
