I try to be a methodic person and I keep record of all my stuff so the best I have found is to scan all my documents and bills. I've tried several app scanners and I can say iScanner is pretty decent. I just point my camera to the document and that's all. The best part which is useful is that I can convert documents to pdf using the same app. I do not need images all the time and for documents pdf is the best option so far.
